Temporary employment is growing in an unbearable extent. Nearly 10 percent of employees now work for much longer. Every second recruitment is done with a temporary contract. In particular, young people pay the price for this - they are after training or after graduation only unsafe. And many - especially women - are forced into poorly paid and temporary work, or involuntary part-time.
